Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 3, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using DriveTrue Hub. They govern your access to and use of our platform, subscriptions, document tools, and AI-powered features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DriveTrue Hub ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") at drivetruehub.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DriveTrue Hub is a subscription-based driver resource platform that provides access to DMV forms, document storage, renewal reminders, letter templates, insurance review guides, and an AI-powered insurance declaration page analyzer. The Service is intended to assist drivers in organizing and managing driver-related documents and information. DriveTrue Hub is not a law firm, insurance company, or government agency, and nothing on the Service constitutes legal, insurance, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is intended for use by residents of the United States.

4. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. DriveTrue Hub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. One-Time Purchases

Certain features — including the Declaration Page Analyzer, Dispute Letter Builder, and Lien Holder Letter Builder — are available as one-time purchases at the stated price. All one-time purchases are final and non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the document has been generated. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any documents, data, or content you upload or create through the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant DriveTrue Hub a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell or share your User Content with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service or as required by law. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. Do not upload sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

8. AI-Powered Tools

The Declaration Page Analyzer and other AI-powered features use artificial intelligence to process and analyze documents. AI-generated results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional insurance, legal, or financial advice. Results may contain errors or omissions. Always verify AI-generated output with a licensed professional before making decisions. DriveTrue Hub is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.

9. Forms and Document Resources

DriveTrue Hub provides pre-filled form templates and links to official government DMV resources as a convenience. While we strive to keep information current and accurate, we do not guarantee that any form, link, or resource is up to date, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. Government forms and requirements change frequently. Always verify current requirements directly with your state DMV or a licensed professional before submitting any official document. DriveTrue Hub is not affiliated with any government agency.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (c) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (d) transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (f) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission; (g) use the Service to generate documents for fraudulent or illegal purposes; or (h) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are and will remain the exclusive property of DriveTrue Hub and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You may print or download content from the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including official government DMV websites, insurance company directories, and courthouse directories. These links are provided for your convenience only. DriveTrue Hub has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DRIVETRUE HUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DRIVETRUE HUB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DriveTrue Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including but not limited to any User Content you submit.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which DriveTrue Hub is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
